Lesson availability during Tufts official squash season (October 22nd, 2022-March 8th, 2023): Monday-Thursday 1:00PM-3:00PM & 6:00PM-8:00PM
Lesson availability outside of the official season: Monday-Thursday 1:00PM-8:00PM.
Each 2-hour lesson is organized as a full training session rather than a traditional lesson. Two hours gives us time to begin with reflections on short & long term goals, before warming up and getting on court.
We spend the session focusing on a number of elements in squash training that ensures the sustainable progress that players seek and enjoy. These elements include, but are not limited to, mindfulness practices; mobility in preparation for on-court work; conditioning; recovery; and slow-motion video analysis of movement and swing, as well as video matchplay analysis. We’ll also spend time on court with a player from the Tufts men’s or women’s squash teams who can test your skills.
Every session counts. And with that in mind, I like to treat every lesson with the attention and respect it deserves.
Players are required to bring non-marking shoes, a squash racket, safety eyewear, and athletic clothing for the session. Locker rooms are also available inside the sports center.
If you need to borrow a racket or eyewear for your lesson, please let us know in the "order note" on the cart page, after you've added a lesson to your cart. You can also reply directly to your order confirmation email.
Lesson times become available 14 days in advance. e.g. a lesson time on January 14th at 2:00pm will be available to book at 2:00pm on January 1st.
