Lesson availability during Tufts official squash season (October 22nd, 2022-March 1st, 2023): Monday-Thursday 1:00PM-4:00PM. Monday & Wednesday 7:30PM-8:30PM.

Lesson availability outside of the official season: Monday-Thursday 1:00PM-6:00PM.

Suggestion: aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before your lesson or clinic to allow for getting ready and warming-up. This is the best way to get the full benefits from your session while also preventing injuries. I hope to have warm-up and stretching videos available in the coming weeks & months.

Non-marking shoes, a squash racket, and safety eyewear are required for your lesson. Athletic clothing is recommended.

Lesson times become available 14 days in advance. e.g. a lesson time on January 14th at 2:00pm will be available to book at 2:00pm on January 1st.

If you need to borrow a racket or eyewear for your first lesson please let us know in the "order note" on the cart page, after you've added a lesson to your cart. You can also reply directly to your order confirmation email.
